About the event
Breath Work & Sound Bath — A Guided Breath Release & Reset
Give yourself permission to slow down, reconnect, and experience an evening created around breath, sound, relaxation, and renewal.
Join Brittney Smith & Sydnee Farr on October 23 at New Path Spiritual Center for a guided Breath Work & Sound Bath experience. From 6:30–9:00 PM, you’ll be invited to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and spend intentional time focusing on yourself.
The evening will begin by connecting with your breath through guided breath work designed to encourage relaxation and help you release built-up stress and tension. From there, you’ll transition into the calming atmosphere of a sound bath, where sound and stillness create space to rest, reflect, and simply be present.
Whether this is your first experience with breath work and sound healing or something already part of your wellness practice, no previous experience is needed. Brittney and Sydnee…
